How long will my item take to be delivered?
We aim to deliver your order in 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday)
Your item should arrive in 1-2 days from the date it was posted.
We post all our items by Royal Mail.
Delivery time excludes Bank Holidays.
Orders of more than 10 kits, may take a little longer to be posted but we aim to get it out to you within 3-5 working days.
What method of posting do you use?
We send all packaged via 48 hour, tracked post.
You have the option to upgrade to 24 hour, tracked post.
Please note, upgrading to 24 hour, tracked post, does not change the turnaround time of 1-2 working days.
At present, we will no longer be shipping to Northern Ireland.
Delivery to Southern Island, Jersey and the other British Isles will incur the usual standard cost of post via Royal Mail.

If you should want your order sooner, you can upgrade to Special Delivery which will incur a charge. To do this, please contact me prior to placing an order.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
For all items regardless of price, a proof of postage receipt will be obtained.
Can I send my order straight to the recipient?
Yes, you can send your order to another address. Please confirm the delivery address by updating your details when placing an order. Please state it is a gift if you do not want your order confirmation to be included.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to addresses in mainland UK.
As of 2025, we no longer ship to the EU and Northern Ireland, due to GDPSR regulations.
As of 2026, we no longer ship to the USA.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Hotels, Schools, Prisons, and the Channel Islands.
