How long will my item take to be delivered?
For Keepsake Jewellery (Including engraved gifts) will typically take 2 weeks to be delivered to you.
More than two keepsakes will take 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
Four or more keepsakes will take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to you.
All other jewellery items (gemstone jewellery, letterbox gifts, crystal jewellery) will take between 3-5 working days to be delivered unless otherwise stated on the item description.
Delivery time excludes Banks Holidays.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses using 2nd Class, Royal Mail Post.
You have the option to upgrade your shipping to 1st Class, Royal Mail Post, select this option at the Checkout.
Delivery to Southern Island, Jersey and the other British Isles will incur the usual standard cost of post via Royal Mail.
Please see if your country is available for delivery when ordering and selecting the delivery options.

If you should want your order sooner, you can upgrade to Special Delivery which will incur a charge. To do this, please contact me prior to placing an order.
How much does it cost to ship internationally?
We currently ship to the USA and Canada.
All items are sent via, Royal Mail, International Tracked Post.
For items sent to the USA and Canada, International Tracked Post will cost £10 for packages under 70g.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
All orders over £25 will be sent recorded post.
All orders under £25 will be sent as (free delivery) 2nd Class Post or upgraded to 1st Post (customers are charged for 1st Class post.)
For all items regardless of price, a proof of postage receipt will be obtained.
Can I send my order straight to the recipient?
Yes, you can send your order to another address. Please confirm the delivery address by updating your details when placing an order. Please state it is a gift if you do not want your order confirmation to be included.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to addresses in mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, the British Isles, The USA and Canada.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Hotels, Schools, Prisons, and the Channel Islands.
