How do I place an order?
Simply click on the item you would like to buy, select from the options available.
Add it to your basket and checkout securely using Paypal. Alternatively, drop us a message at loretta@truelovekeepsakes.co.uk or telephone us on 07956 305 859.

How do I pay?
You can check out securely using Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay this way and can use your normal debit/credit card to pay via Paypal. If you’d prefer to pay by bank transfer, please send an email.
We also offer, Clearpay and Klarna, see the payment options available on the checkout page.
What is the process of placing an order?
Once you have placed an order with us, we will confirm your order via email. You will receive a further email notification when your order has been dispatched.Â
How is my order shipped?
Your order will be sent via 48 hour, tracked post using Royal Mail.
You have the option to upgrade to 24 hour post, choose this option at checkout.
Your order will usually be packed in a standard, postal box or ‘Do Not Bend’ A4 envelope. Large orders of kits (More than 20) will be packaged in a small or large postal box.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We shipp most items within 1-2 working days, Monday-Friday.
Weekend orders will be shipped on the following next working day.

Handprint Kits, Fingerprint Kits – FAQs
Is the inkless kits you sell, safe to use on babies/children and cats and dogs?
Yes, the inkless wipe, which is dry to touch, is certified non-toxic, hospital-safe chemical reaction.
It is regularly used in hospitals to capture the prints of newborn babies.
In addition to this, they are marked as being safe for dogs and cats paw prints.
I have more than one child/pet, is one print kit enough?
Depending on the size of your pet dog and the age of your child, one print kit should be enough.
We recommend you order 1 kit per person/pet.
The kit comes with an A4 specialised coated paper and 1 wipe.
Multiple prints can be achieved with 1 kit but this is dependent on the size of the hand/foot and pawprint.
What is included in your standard Fingerprint and Inkless Print Kits? (hand/footprint/Paw print Kit)
Fingeprint Kits contain:
- 3 pots of lilac and 3 pots of white compound moulding putty.
- The amount of putty in one kit is big enough to capture three child or adult-sized fingerprints.
- A set of instructions is included with your order, to help you capture your prints.
- A sealable bag to label and keep your fingerprints in.
Inkess Hand/Footprint, Paw Print Kits contain:
- One, A4 coated paperÂ
- One inkless wipe.
- A set of instructions
Can I order additional Paw Print/Handprint/Footprint or Fingerprint kits?
Yes, when you select multiple kit, you save more. Select from the options available.
What can I use my prints for?
- Use the prints to turn into a personalised, custom made keepsake charm.
- Frame your handprint/footprint or paw print kit to display in your home.
- Copy, frame and wrap to gift to family and loved ones.
- Add to a memory box/photo album for safe keeping.
Can I send my prints back to you?
As of 2026, we no longer create keepsake jewellery.
Use Google to check for jewellery artists near you.
You can send the prints to them for them to use to create a piece of custom jewellery for you.
Do you accept returns?
- You have 14 days to return your unsused Kits.
- Please email us first at loretta@truelovekeepsakes.co.uk
- You will be responsible for the cost of the return of your order.
- You must obtain a proof of postage receipt.
- We will issue you a refund once we are in possession of your order and have checked that it is in its original condition.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used Fingerprints Kits.

Do you accept cancellations?
