I ordered a couple of items from Loretta as Christmas presents last year, and I was not disappointed. From the initial... message being sent, right through to receiving the items, the service was second to none. Loretta always replied to my messages in good time, and was also extremely helpful with all queries that I had. She was due to send back my son's handprint but was late in doing so (not that I was worried as I figured I'd get it at some point anyway) and because of this, she also sent me an A4 print with my son's handprint on, his name and his date of birth, which is now proudly on show in a frame! I was also able to spread the cost of the items over 4 months and Loretta was so accommodating of this. It is one of the best business experiences I have had and look forward to ordering from her in the future. She is also local to where I live and supporting local businesses is something I try to do as and when I can! Big thumbs up from me 👍👍read more
